Ok...so...
Thursday I got my engine back from the machine shop, and Friday I got my parts back from powdercoating...black, yellow, anthracite, and ceramic.

To answer the previous question regarding whether the Gen1 and Gen2 oil pans are interchangeable...no, the bolt pattern and general fit are significantly different.

All the colors are just basic powdercoat...he can do pretty much any color in the rainbow, and also some paints with "effects" like a hammered finish etc. I think he can also do some sort of baked on pinstriping now too....but I'm not 100% positive about that. He's got all sort of different coatings...heat dissipating coatings, coatings that'll work on firearms, etc...

The shiny parts in the pics are ceramic coated.
