Guys, I am afraid that around the Bear Valley and the Deer Valley every squirrel already is familiar with your trucks. Why not try something else ? There are relatively close trails to Eagle Lakes (crossing the Fordyce trail) and Signal Peak along freeway 80. There are more remote but gorgeous trails (and some are moderate-to-difficult) in the Gold Lake area to the north of Truckee.

Unfortunately, I am out till the end of August.

My only wheeling till then will be Wheeler Ridge in Bishop area in 24th July weekend. If anybody wants to go there let me know.
