Getting the Wheeling Fever

i am wondering if anyone has done a 5 stud to 6 stud hub conversion as i have a nice set of alloy's that i would love to run on my sporty but they are 6 stud (toyota pattern) and the sporty is (as we all know) 5 stud
so has anyone done this or am i wasting my time even considering it
