If it is anything like the usual Toyota Hilux offset and backspace, they probably would require too much massaging of the front firewall area to work....(although great for clearance in the rear)

To see what I mean park you car with a hard right lock, jump out and see what the clearance would be when extending a line out parallel to the tread, but the equivalent of the 30-31" dia tires near the firewall (as if the tire was mounted further out on a rim). Looked at it myself a while back and it needed to cave in the A pillar and part of the firewall to allow the "swing".
