upon further diagnosing today. I think my catalytic converter is the culprit. I've been wanting to yank that thing out for a while now anyways.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I had a '80 Toyota I drove from Cali. to Costa Rica in the early '90's that I pulled the CC from before we left. I didn't want any surprises in the middle of the Central American jungle.
Glad to hear it's an easy fix.
