Well, fuel dragsters generate some 7000hp, and use well over half of that to just drive the supercharger.

How about just a little turboshaft engine, say from a sea stallion or similar like an unlimited hydroplane boat. I think they use Vietman era Chinook engines, pretty small powerplant, and you could clear the snow and ice off your drive without a plow, dry up the mud instead of slogging through it, light your smokes without a resistance lighter or Zippo, and run off of cheap distillates like kerosene.
