TJ with coil springs? No leafs
2.5" lift...no problem.
You have to install the sye first, then with the jeep on its weight (not jacked up or on a lift)measure for the d shaft.

1310 CV series to 1310 pinion yoke series. Use a driveline shop that regularly builds shafts for jeeps and SYE kits.

Unless you have more lift than 2.5" adjusting the pinion up is not needed at all. Yes, even at full droop.
