The pine needles on the cowl give the picture a realistic touch.... in a Norman Rockwell kinda way.

Did I fail to mention that the Raider/Montero was developed by Southern Baptist??? They decreed that thy shall not drink & drive.... therefore NO cup holders! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

I was doing some thinking and look at my jetta. There might be a way to fit the indash cupholder to my design. it is a push button cupholder that can hold large size drink cantainers. the jaws spread out. It pushes in so that all the black parts are held inside the silver metal casing. It measures 7.5" wide and the center console measure I think 5" so there is a bit of and oversize but I think it will still work. i will do some more measurements to make sure.

I hope I can figure out how to post pix this time. I have solutions for me in both Gen 1 and Gen 2. The Gen 1 can be removed to clean. On the Gen 2, I cut off the back of a console, built a platform and put in a 12V heater/cooler with cupholders included. This is WIP. I plan to extend the platform to the rear another 2" or so (to just clear the rear seat folded forward) - my wife doesn't like it so close to the gearshift. I'm gonna hook you up brother. see what you got to do is get the actual URL of the picture you want. Click it till you get to the actual picture, THEN right click, and go to properties to see the link to that picture.
http://i668.photobucket.com/albums/vv49/Mojak66/Gen%20I%20Small%20Mods/IMG_0274.jpg Thats the addy to your first picture. Then you just put the img brackets on it, OR click image, and paste that addy into the popup box it gives you.
