I actually think he could sell the kit, should it exist. Maybe not to anyone on the 4x4 Wire, though... I have a feeling potential purchasers might tend to frequent other forums...

As stated before. He has been suspended until he emails the admin, and proves that he is legit, and not a troll, or scammer.

if this guy made a bunch of 10" kits, I'm sure he could make a less milder kit too. Opening up doors and supporting this brand. If he is legit, he came to this board thinking everyone would be excited about this kit, not only gets bashed and questioned, but then gets banned. I'd be a little upset too. If he came more prepared with pics, info and specs, wouldve been better for him.

So we'll see! Hopefully he contacts the admins and straightens all this out and sticks around... if he's legit.

I don't see much wrong with the mods' side. Forums get pounded with spams and scams. If he is upset, he should understand and then shouldn't be. A simple email and some pics to the mods sets it all straight.

I registered with quite a few forums as I tracked down many links coming in to MitsuLinks. I'd say about a third of them dinged my registration the first time. Then when I replied asking why and saying who/what I was, the consistent answer back was sorry and to re-register under the same name and they'd get it cleared ASAP.

I agree on the other comments that anyone who wants to make things for Monteros/Pajeros should be supported in general. I think all here would pretty much do so, as long at all seems on the up-and-up.

Yes, I did speak with him. He speaks perfect english and seems nice enough. He did mention at the time he just purchased a 93 Monty and was fabbing a 10" lift for it. I had no idea at the time he was planning to market it, nor did I have any interest. Outside of that I really have no info on him.

On another note, I think it is well advised for the mods to place a temp. ban. As said before it is super easy to have the ban lifted and prove you are for real. Furthermore, with all the spammers and what not, this is the mods attempt to protect US from getting screwed. So how about a big thank you for looking out for us!

There could be others besides mall crawlers that could benefit from a large IFS lift. I, for one, could. I do alot of trail riding with lots of mud holes. Articulation isn't as important to me as ground clearance. Not a lot of rock crawling with what I do. So while everyone may not like the idea of a big IFS lift, others could find benefit in it.

This isn't the guy with that huge general lee monty is it? I remember seeing it, it is orange just like the dukes of hazards car. I think he is for real, cause it's damn tall. Not sure where online I seen it and it was awhile back, one of those "look at my truck" websites.
