would like to take a poll should the lift come with the new upper control arms for torsion bars that are equal length to the lowers or coilovers?

That is freakishly tall... I kinda like it. I am VERY pleased you turned out to be real. I officially apologize for calling BS on you, but I have seen fakers pop up a few times in the past.

F'ING right! I'd be pretty pissed at all the people that talked all that smack.
I applaud you for your efforts guy! It looks a little awkward, have you considered doing something a little more practical, like a 4 or 5 inch suspension lift?

Late 80s/Early 90s Toyota 4x4s had torsion bars to the UCA. Would this be a viable solution for your lift?

Late 80s/Early 90s Toyota 4x4s had torsion bars to the UCA. Would this be a viable solution for your lift? thats how they came from the factory, on 86-95 lifts they do a drop LCA and a taller spindle to attach to the UCA It would be a but more complicated starting from scratch..

Whoa! That is tall. I too appreciate your efforts being directed towards Monteros. 10" is a lots of lift. Do you plan on making smaller versions? I'd like to see pics opf a couple of things;
1. the steering set-up 2. linkage between the front and rear lift brackets (for want of a better name). In the pics it does looks as though the brackets (white parts) are not connected and are attached to the truck by one bolt on each side with a bushing. Seems that would fold under the truck pretty easily with the 10" long 'lever'. May be the pics don't do it justice. Can we see more detail?

Just an observation, but do you think the new mount for the LCA should be boxed in? from the pick, it looks like to ears hanging down with the lca + bushing between. maybe just closing the back side so it is more like a C frame? I could be wrong, but it seems like the same setup could be made for gen1's too:)
