I think comments like this really ought to go on Pirate rather than here.

I know you don't know who's who here but I suggest speaking with specific individuals on the forum first about the lift to get the right feedback on it's design before putting it in front of the 4x4wire firing line. Look for those who view the world as half full versus half empty. They'll be the ones who give you the positive reinforcement as well as constructive criticism versus destructive criticism.

As for sales and having a thick skin, yes comments like that are told to sales people and it's why sales people are the ones talking to clients and not our engineers.
