I feel your pain because I've been there as well <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cyclops.gif" alt="" /> When my pump was bad the ECU didn't throw any codes either, but it was definitely a bad fuel pump. The manual I was mentioning (the no-start tests) is not the FSM, but an additional one, but perhaps you already have it.

Something you said in an earlier post made me wonder if you don't have a broken wire between the relay and the fuel pump. Have you traced that wiring out?
