for those of you following my earlier post and inputting, i trully thank you. White flag of surrender. She still wont fire up. No help from local mitsu dealers claiming they dont have the obd1 and a 91 must be diagnosed thru their 150.00 diag fee. My ECu checked out via the volt meter test. I printed the no start check list from mitsu links and it is mostly electronics for diagnosing. unfortunately, I'm a little slow and cannot comprehend the testing procedures (only got a 15 on my ACT). I try hard though and rarley give up. It's been a week now and my friend cant let me keep it in his driveway any longer so i will have to put her up for sale. If anyone in Utah or surronding states are interested you can email me for more information.
