So it is safe to assume that the issues I would have with this setup on my stock truck would be 1. Tires sticking out too far on the front...I was under the impression that as long as the mudflaps covered the width of the tire that it's legal in ca.

2. So, pretty much no rubbing with this setup on a stock vehicle? No other noticeable drawbacks 'on road'?

The rims are much lighter alloys so that's why I'm also attracted to them.
