The three different Tacoma wheels I've had my hands on were 4.5" backspace for the steel 15" wheels, 4.5" for the 15" alloys, and 4.75" for the 16" alloys. There are 16" steel wheels, too, but they have not passed through my yard yet. Bolt circle is the same and the hub center will go over the Montero hub in all observed cases.

That set of Tacoma wheels on Sacramento CL, the ones I think you're asking about, would go right on your Monty...but I'd offer less due to some uneven wear on the tires and less than advertised tread amount...looks more like 30-50% tread remaining.
