A guy that I work with is going to do this this weekend. The video was from last year's race. Rather crazy! Rules are simple. Must have been a child's toy, must have plastic wheels and you have to wear a helmet. Held rain or shine. Used a 80 series Land Cruiser to film part of the downhill portion of the two heats!
