Need a Spot

Looking to put on a trailer hitch, where can I get accessories like that in Vancouver, BC area?
Probably a 2" receiver.
Maxoverdrive sells one for $150, but not sure what the going price is for such things.

Also need to put on a really low profile rack on the roof, any places you guys can recommend?
