But somehow they do not post any kind of "4WD only" sign along the road. Signage is a critical issue that I have been pushing with both Forest Service and BLM. The bureaucratic response is that sign cost money to buy, install and maintain. Seems people like use them for target practice or firewood. It is an issue and will continue to be an issue.
