Yes I agree upping the boost beyond efficiency will not yield lower EGTs, but most people aren't going to boost that high, especially with a little turbo like ours. Anyways, numbers are in, rather low, I'll blame some of that on the fact that the guy running the dyno wouldn't listen to me and put more than 20% load on the dyno, he thought 20% was more than enough. To me diesels respond to load and will only show their true numbers under load. It was free so I can't really complain. The lower numbers are stock, the higher numbers are 16psi and meth injection running with a bit of water on the intercooler (they just got their dyno and don't have adequate fans for cooling yet). 16psi was making the cooler waaayy too hot without adequate airflow.

Since the engine is rated at
Power ù 92 kW (125 PS) at 4000 rpm
Torque ù 294 NÀm (217 lbÀft) at 2000 rpm,
according to unreliable wikipedia, I was expecting a little more hp and quite a bit more torque. Next time I'll make him turn up the load in a comparison run to see if I'm correct with that.

Oh ya, if you want to see the graph it's posted here http://www.delica.ca/forum/water-methanol-injection-8341.html on the second page. Since I didn't feel like figuring out how to post a pic on here, lol.
That second number is without turning up the fuel as I didn't have enough time to do that on the dyno. Boost alone barely changed anything, it only went up with the water/meth injection on. I'll be turning up the fuel today as that is were the real power increase will be seen, I might build an exhaust tonight and hopefully do the intercooler next week. Then a bit more tweaking and I'll throw it on the dyno again to see what kind of a difference it actually makes.

Those numbers are correct. When you do a Dyno expect to see about 70-75% of the engines rated HP and torque because a dyno is measured at the rear wheels. Those numbers you see on wiki are measured at the flywheel. Your power seems a little low but your engine may be getting tired or your clutch may be slipping a bit.

Converted your numbers are about

HP 120
Torque 210

Hope this helps.
