The rubber dampens the vibrations from the chassis to the body.

6" of BL is unsafe. The lateral forces will take its toll on the mounts I'm sure. One day he might have to lock up the brakes to avoid a deer and he'll be skipping across the road in a body with no chassis.

You are the man for mounting those beastly tires. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Body Damage is Cool
I've been driving it everyday since, August? No Problems so far. I does well in the mud in 2wd.(I hate getting strapped out by drunk rednecks, its just dangerous <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> ...pop it in 4wd and you get unstuck most of the time)

I was having serious rubbing issues in the back, some more trimming and a set of 2.5" toyota shackles seem to do the trick. The added articulation in the back was a bonus. I don't see what is so hideous about them, it must be all my ground clearance. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> 1.5" torsion bar crank sometime in the future.

I would add pics but the cable are missing for my camera <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
Also going 4wheelin' this weekend. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

No cable for the camera? This is not an excuse for the lack of updated pictures! The masses demand more pictures of the 38" Bogger Beast. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Gets flat spots sometimes. Constant vibe at about 40-45 mph but I think the shackle lift and driveshaft angles have something to do with that. Drives straight. Take the manners of your 35s and amp them up a bit. It's wider and heavier. Follows the bumps in the road if you know what I'm saying... Not a serious issue though, you can still drive with one hand.
