As a fellow Wisconsinite and former west-coaster I can tell you that some of the best old vehicles come out of the I-5 corridor between Eugene,OR and Bellingham,WA. Even better than most of California, where the sun beats down on the paint, cracks dashboards and bleaches interiors 300 days a year. Look around when you get there. You'll find a nice rust free 4runner or pickup with a blown headgasket. The prices are a little higher than in say, Texas or the southeast because the people of the Northwest and California are the original American Toyota lovers. Good luck. -- Matt
