Yup.. You'll find a ton of them out here in the NW. I live in Portland, Oregon and see 'em all the time.

I know what you mean about rust as I am from Illinois. I drove my 1987 rust free 4runner back to Illinois for one winter and it began rusting big time. Luckily I got it out of there quick enough to preserve it.
